The well-lit restaurant is divided into three sections with a separate VIP lounge on mezzanine floor that can be easily used for private parties too. The ground floor is carefully divided into lounge and dining areas along with a well-stocked bar and a well-equipped kitchen.

Thoughtfully designed by interior designer Shikha Sharma, special attention has been given to the fact that every corner on the ground floor has a clear view of the center and the bar too. The central area is also the center of attraction with a uniquely designed stage that could be used for live performances, DJ nights etc. What holds your attention here is the prism shaped DJ console that can be used to display millions of images and graphics keeping the time, mood and occasion in mind. The massive screen on the wall behind the console along with two huge panels on the side walls ensure that every person on the floor gets to witness the magic being created on stage.

यहां काम करने वाले कपिल शर्मा ने कहा कि शेफ और स्टाफ लोगों की खातिरदारी करने के लिए पूरी तरह तैयार हैं. यहां उन्हें किसी तरह की तकलीफ नहीं होगी. यहां हर जरूरी हिस्से में सैनिटाइजर की व्यवस्था की गई है. सिटिंग के लिए दो फ्लोर बनाए गए हैं. इसके अलावा एक स्मोकिंग जोन अलग से बनाया गया है, ताकि दूसरे लोगों को कोई शिकायत न हो. लोगों की खास जरूरतों को ध्यान में रखकर ही लाउंज डिजाइन किया गया है.

It had never occurred to me that a casual dining at a restaurant in the Gwal Pahari area of Gurugram would become one of the most memorable dining experiences. Strategically situated in the Aravallis, the newly launched Chevron is most likely to become one of the most happening places in the area, thanks to its lush interiors, strategic location, soulful , and tastefully selected music and its scrumptious food.

With thoughtfully selected lighting which is neither too harsh on the eyes nor too dim, giving a magical feel, the restaurant is divided into three sections with a separate VIP lounge on mezzanine floor that can be used for private parties. Also, from the preparation of food, to bringing them on the table and from the linen to the furniture and cutlery, utmost hygiene is practiced.

With people’s health being a prime concern for us, not only are we taking all precautions like regular sanitization and social distancing inside the lounge, we are also planning to effectively use the beautiful outdoors for a more enhanced experience,” says entrepreneur Keshav Bhardwaj, Founder of Chevron and Streamin’ Music Group.

But one thing that would definitely take the restaurant a long way is its delectable food. Beautifully curated by the Chef Martin Rozario, the menu is an amalgamation of creativity and taste. Executive Chef, Martin Rozario, has 25 years of experience in culinary skills in a variety of cuisines, kitchen management and menu planning. He is a multi-cuisine specialist and his magic can be seen in the food.

The must have dishes here include- Jerusalem Prawn & Artichoke Soup ( Prawn & artichoke soup flavoured with fresh fennel ), Chicken & Tomato Soup (Flavoured, tomato & bell pepper), Arabian Sishtouk (Chicken cubes marinated, chargrilled & served with pita & dips), Grilled Gyoza (Grilled vegetables with dipping sauce), Cottage Cheese Peppernota (Three layers of grilled cottage cheese stuffed with vegetables), Mexican Enchilidas Vegetable hiladas (Cottage cheese cooked with jalepeno peppers, rolled served with sour cream & salsa, refried beans), Sichuan Chicken & Rice Pot (Braised chicken with edamame beans) and Raisukaree (Mild coconut & citrus curry with mangetout, red & spring onion & hot red chillies with steamed rice , seasame seeds, shichimi & fresh lime), among others.
